Amazon Flex requirements
You must be based in an area where Amazon Flex operates.
Verify your age to begin delivering. You must be at least 18 years old for two-wheelers; 20 years old for three-wheelers (commercial).
A two-wheeler, three-wheeler, or e-bike that meets all applicable laws and safety requirements. You are required to wear a helmet on a two-wheeler or e-bike. Learn about vehicle types.
You are also responsible for maintaining valid vehicle insurance. A valid vehicle insurance certificate for your two-wheeler or three-wheeler is a legal requirement that you must have.
You must have a valid India driver's license.
You must have a valid Universal Account Number (UAN). As per India’s Code on Social Security, gig and platform workers are required to register on e-Shram portal. Upon registering, you will be assigned a Universal Account Number (UAN), which may help you access social security benefits that may be provided by the government. Watch to learn more.
You must have valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card
You need a compatible Android smartphone with a camera and flash, GPS location services, and an active SIM with voice and data connectivity.
You receive your earnings through direct deposit, so a savings or current bank account is required.
All delivery partners must pass a background check.
